Ms. Gupta brings more than a decade of Executive Search expertise with a strong focus on HR Leadership, partnering with executives and boards to identify and secure leaders who align culture, strategy, and long-term business goals.
Kristin is known for her relationship-forward approach, believing that the right leadership decisions begin with trust. She has built her career on authentic connections, long-term partnerships, and a deep ability to understand both what is said and unsaid in the search process. Her work emphasizes the importance of resilience, mentorship, and emotional intelligence as essential qualities for today’s senior leaders.
Ms. Gupta holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Literature from the University of Saint Francis. She speaks fluent English.
