Mr. Orecchini brings more than 25 years of international experience in Executive Search, Consulting and Business Development having managed and completed cross-border assignments across Energy, Aerospace and High-Tech industries. Mr. Orecchini also plays an active role in supporting start-ups in Italy, building their leadership capabilities to drive growth and innovation.

Mr. Orecchini holds a Master’s Degree in Aerospace Engineering from La Sapienza University of Rome in Italy. In addition to his native Italian, he speaks fluent English and can communicate in French.
