Bruno brings over 15 years of experience in Executive Search and human capital consulting, gained within global executive search firms and multinational organizations.
Throughout his career, Bruno has developed extensive expertise in Executive Search, leading C-suite and senior executive assignments across Engineering, Supply Chain, Consumer & Retail, Finance, Technology, and Human Resources sectors. Prior to joining Pedersen & Partners, Bruno was a Partner at a leading Brazilian executive search firm and previously held a series of leadership roles at a global human capital consulting firm, where he led Executive Search, Leadership Development, and Talent Solutions operations across Brazil and Latin America.
Earlier in his career, Bruno held business development leadership roles within the manufacturing sector in the United States of America, serving clients in the Oil & Gas industry across the U.S. East Coast and Latin America.
Bruno earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Oklahoma Baptist University in the United States. In addition to his native Portuguese, Bruno speaks English and Spanish.
