Pedersen & Partners welcomes Leonardo de Souza as a Client Partner and Country Manager, Brazil
January 6, 2024 - São Paulo, Brazil – Pedersen & Partners, a leading global Executive Search and Leadership Consulting firm with 54 wholly owned offices in 50 countries, is pleased to announce that Leonardo de Souza has joined the firm as a Client Partner and the Country Manager, Brazil based in San Paolo, Brazil.
Leonardo possesses over 20 years of experience with multinational Executive Search, Professional Services and Automotive organizations. Throughout the course of his career, Leonardo has developed expertise in B2B business development, executive search, and strategic business advisory. Prior to joining Pedersen & Partners, Leonardo had leadership positions with international Executive Search firms, where he led C-suite and senior level mandates across numerous sectors, including Technology, Oil & Gas, Construction, and Automotive, as well as had responsibility for the overall operations and strategic development of the organizations in Brazil.
Leonardo earned a Bachelors Degree in Production Engineering from the Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro (UFRJ). Additionally, Leonardo earned post graduate degree in Project Management from Fundação Getúlio Vargas (FGV/RJ) and a post graduate degree in Neuroscience & Behaviour from PUC RS. Leonardo is currently pursuing a post graduate degree in Neuroscience at the Albert Einstein Israelite College. In addition to his native Portuguese, Leonardo is fluent in English.
