Sanjay Ghosh has nearly three decades of experience in executive search across the industrial sector in India, the Middle East, Europe, and North America. He has advised multinational corporations, family-owned conglomerates, and high-growth enterprises across Manufacturing, Automotive, Mining, Metals, Chemicals, Process Industries, Energy, Oil & Gas, Infrastructure, Aviation, Defence, and Aerospace.
Throughout his career, Sanjay has held senior leadership roles across global and regional executive search firms, including managing industrial practices for India and the Middle East, leading pan-India industrial verticals, and delivering complex senior- and mid-level leadership search projects. He also founded and ran his own executive search business in India and the UAE, building teams, operations, and client networks from the ground up. Earlier, he established and led regional operations across GCC countries, overseeing multi-country teams, P&L responsibility, and joint ventures with local partners.
Sanjay brings a combination of operational insight and entrepreneurial mindset, with extensive experience in leadership development, training, and organizational advisory. He is recognized for his ability to drive business growth, build high-performing teams, and advise clients on leadership, talent, and cross-cultural challenges.
Sanjay Ghosh holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resources Management from ICFAI.
