Pedersen & Partners welcomes Johan Wahlström as Client Partner in the Netherlands
February 16, 2026 – Amsterdam, Netherlands – Pedersen & Partners, a leading global Executive Search and Leadership Consulting firm with 56 wholly owned offices in 50 countries, welcomes Johan Wahlström to its team in the Netherlands as Client Partner.
Mr. Wahlström brings over 25 years of experience as an Executive Search and senior HR leader, advising C-suite executives and leadership teams across Europe and international markets. He has led numerous senior-level and cross-border assignments and is recognised for his expertise in executive search, leadership development, organisational transformation, and talent strategy across consumer, manufacturing, healthcare and private equity sectors.
Prior to joining Pedersen & Partners, Mr. Wahlström held senior leadership and advisory roles within global organisations and executive search environments. He partnered closely with boards and executive teams on change management, M&A integration, organisational design, and large-scale transformation initiatives, supporting businesses through complex growth and transition phases.
Earlier in his career, Mr. Wahlström built a strong foundation in talent and leadership development, HR strategy, reward, and international mobility, enabling him to combine commercial acumen with a deep understanding of people and organisational dynamics. Having lived in seven countries, he also brings deep cross-cultural insight and a global perspective to his work.
Mr. Wahlström holds a BA (Honours) degree in International Business Administration from Regent’s University / European Business School in London. In addition to his native Swedish and English, he has working proficiency in Spanish and knowledge of French.
