Rich Kampmann is a Client Partner for the United States. He has a 15-year track record in Executive Search, focused on top-level projects across North America and abroad. Before joining Pedersen & Partners, Rich served as Director for a global Top 10 Executive Search firm in San Francisco, California and was a member of their Financial and Professional Services Practices, and their Private Equity/Venture Capital, FinTech, Consumer/Retail, Industrial and CFO practice teams. Prior to this, Rich was a Managing Director and Equity Partner of another San Francisco-based global top 10 Executive Search firm, in which he was primarily responsible for new business development on the West Coast and the New York tri-state markets. Rich supports many non-profit organizations in the San Francisco community, and is currently on the Board of the Pomeroy Recreation and Rehabilitation Center, which serves people with disabilities, and an Admissions Committee Member at the Olympic Club, the oldest athletic club in the US. In addition, Rich is an Eagle Scout and a leader in the Boy Scouts of America.
Rich holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics with concentration in Marketing, Accounting and Industrial Organization from Rutgers College at Rutgers University in New Brunswick, NJ.
